Lemont Studio (Lorenzzo Perri and Sabrina Morreal) and Federico Fauli won the Arquine No.22 contest in 2020 with Gastronomic Palapa. They had the idea of making projects based on food. In this case, they used chili as the main character of the project. Hanging of steel triangular arches that shape the chili dryer and also work as a communal gastronomic palapa. Originally the project was made to be exhibited at La Alameda Central for Mextrópoli 2020, but because of the pandemic’s global event, it was exhibited at Los Pinos in Mextrópoli 2021.
